Good opportunity to start Running!
I have a freind who took part in this program and found a new lease on life. If you've ever thought about running a marathon, this is supposed to be a great program to get you there.
It'll be starting up in Jaunuary on the 15th and 22nd in San Francisco donw in the Marina district. If I wasn't sailing and skiing, I'd probably join.
